All of my services are offered on a sliding scale with the understanding that clients will be able to fairly assess their own level of need. By purchasing a consultation at a higher rate, you are directly supporting those who purchase at a reduced price.

While I try to keep my services affordable, I recognize that my rates may not be financially feasible for some people. If this describes you, feel free to contact me directly so we can work out a rate that makes sense for you.

I am also open to non-monetary forms of exchange in any form you can possibly think of. If you’d like to trade for a consultation, contact me with your ideas and let’s see what we can work out.

cancellation, reschedule, and refund policies

I want to acknowledge that life is messy. I, along with many of my clients, deal with chronic mental and/or physical health issues that can impact the ability to show up effectively in a session, to sit on zoom for extended periods, or to think effectively about astrology. And, sometimes life just gets in the way. In light of this, I have a very loose rescheduling policy for myself and for my clients. Though I will try to avoid it, there may be times I have to cancel or reschedule a session. In exchange for this understanding, I afford my clients a similar freedom. If you miss or have to cancel a session for any reason, I am happy to reschedule free of charge.

I will make my best effort to keep all appointments as scheduled, but there are times this may not be possible. If I do have to reschedule your appointment, I can offer any of the following:

1. A full refund of the amount you paid for your session.
2. A rescheduled appointment as soon as I’m available, including outside regular business hours, along with a 20% refund of the amount you paid for your session.
3. A rescheduled appointment as soon as I’m available and 40% off a future session with me.

If I do reschedule a session and none of these options feel appropriate for you, I am happy to negotiate a solution that feels fair to both of us.

If you do decide to cancel your appointment ahead of your scheduled time and do not wish to reschedule, I ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, I can offer a 50% refund (this policy is extremely flexible depending on the particular circumstances).
